What is Med Sync?
Med Sync is a FREE SERVICE from Forward Pharmacy that allows you to pick up all the medications you use regularly at the same visit.
How does it work?
Before your medications are set to be refilled, we will call you and ask:
- How you take your medications
- When you want to pick them up
- If you have any new medications
- How you feel your medications are working
- If you are experiencing any side effects
- If you need any over-the-counter items and check if you are due for any immunizations.
After checking in with you over the phone, our pharmacy staff will prepare your medications, including obtaining refills from your clinic, addressing any discrepancies, and ordering items that may not be in stock. We will have them ready for pick up on a day you choose.
How do you sign up?
Getting started is easy! Just tell one of our staff members that you would like to pick up your medications all at once, and we’ll take care of the rest!
