Setting Your Pharmacy in MyChart
Double-Check the Correct Pharmacy is Listed in MyChart!
Some of our patients may have the wrong pharmacy listed in their MyChart. In hopes to combat any future confusion or frustration, we recommend double checking the pharmacy your MyChart has listed. This is important to do for each of your MyChart accounts: SSM, UW Health, UnityPoint, etc.
Here’s how to check:
- Sign in to your MyChart account.
- Navigate to the “Medications” page.
- From the “Medications” page, click on “Need to update your list of pharmacies? Go to Manage My Pharmacies.”
- Confirm the correct Forward Pharmacy is listed. If you see any pharmacies listed that you do not use, remove them.
- To add a pharmacy select “+ Add a pharmacy”. Do a search for “Forward Pharmacy,” and type in your zip code. When you see the correct pharmacy pop up, select it.
