Here’s everything you need to know:
What is Med Sync?
Medical Synchronization, also known as med-sync, is a FREE service offered at Forward Pharmacy. Med sync saves you time by allowing you to pick up all of your prescriptions in just one visit. This means less trips to the pharmacy and an increased compliance with the medication regimen you have prescribed.
How Med Sync Works
- Before refilling your prescriptions, we’ll give you a call to check-in. We’ll ask you how you feel your medications are working, if you are experiencing any side effects, if your medications have changed, and if any upcoming appointments or lab visits.
- We will also ask if you are ready for your regular medications to be filled, if you need any over-the-counter items or prescription items that are used on a needed basis.
- After our call, we get your medications ready all at once for delivery or pick-up.
