No Need to Change Your Pharmacy
If you got a letter in the mail from your Medicare Part D plan stating that some of your medications won’t be covered or that you can’t continue using your local pharmacy, don’t worry. Come into Forward Pharmacy and talk to our trained pharmacy staff. We’ll find the right plan for you that can save you money, and allow you to continue coming to your local pharmacy.
Please note that Wellcare, Anthem MediBlue, and Elixir Secure will be OUT of network at Forward in 2024. Please call us for help in choosing a new plan for next year as soon as possible!
