Where can I get my vaccination?
Currently we are offering vaccinations at Cottage Grove, McFarland and Deerfield. Book your appointment at https://forwardpharmacywi.com/covid/
How will you notify me when vaccine is available?
We will notify you by email. Please sign up via the COVID Vaccination Interest form page on our website, located here: https://forwardpharmacywi.com/covid-signup/
This will ensure that you will be on the list. We will send an email to you when vaccine is available for your group. Please do not call the store to ask when the vaccine will be available. All booking information is handled by our administrative staff, not our pharmacists. The most up to date information is on this website. Do you offer Rapid COVID-19 Testing
We do not offer rapid COVID-19 Testing at this time.
Do you offer COVID-19 Antibody testing
We do not offer antibody testing at this time. We do offer antigen testing, which detects an ACTIVE infection.
How do I sign up for COVID-19 Testing?
You may book an appointment on our website at: https://forwardpharmacywi.com/covid/#COVID19Testing. From there, you will be taken to a third-party site to book a test. This site, Exact Sciences, will also give you instructions about the test and send you your completed test results.
How long do results take?
Results are generally available in 2-3 business days.
